the ducksoup cellar book

this book was created and written out of love for all of our winemakers that we work with. over the past few years we have been cellaring a special selection of bottles that we really love.. we believe that it is our responsibility as a restaurant to care for and rest these wines to show the journey of a winemaker’s project. this list will be forever growing as we discover new producers and vintages pass by. it is important to note that out of principle these wines will be priced fairly and never increased. we hope you enjoy these wines as much as we do, next time you come, ask for our cellar book.
