We’re a little obsessed with wine. From the beginning, we’ve sought out winemakers who share our belief that great wine comes from intuition, patience, and respect for nature. Over the years we’ve built relationships with producers whose work inspires us, and it’s our joy to share their wines (and stories) with you.

Each week, we curate a list of beautiful, ever-changing wines by the glass — bottles that caught our attention, surprised us, or simply made us smile.

Our cellar has grown alongside us — a collection that’s become a source of quiet pride. We care for and rest these bottles so they can tell their full story: the evolution of a winemaker’s craft over time. Out of this collection, we created The Cellar Book — a hand-bound leather tribute to all the winemakers we love, filled with bottles that chart our journey and theirs.
